Long Hollow

On the news yesterday morning, I heard it was snowing in Dallas, so I called my oldest baby boy.

"Hey, is it snowing?

"Yeah."

"So did you go play in it?"

(guffaw) "No…I'm already late to work because of it! Why would I do that?"

"Because you're a kid and it's snowing!" (sigh…I guess he's only a kid to me now.) "At least throw a snowball at something before you go in to work!"

(chuckle and rolling of eyes, I'm sure…Mom's so cute.)  "Okay, Mom…"
