What happened to that sweet little puppy we brought home a few weeks ago?  We were so worried big old Max would hurt her … little did we know she's a rocket, made of rubber and springs and things that wiggle and chew … packed full of puppy energy and Joie de Vie. I'm thinking there's a touch of Jack Russell mixed in with the Rottweiler …

But Max can't help but smile at her, even though she tugs on his tail and nips at his belly and legs. I'm amazed at his gentleness and sense of humor about it all. She's still a sweet puppy, after all, under the layers of Wild Child …

Such a sweet story and pictures of your babies!!! Max just looks like a big ol Daddy Dog, taking care of his little girl! Precious!!! And Tamale is the same here with all of our older dogs. She is so spirited and jumps on their faces and nibbles and gives kisses…and they are all so patient with her…(well….Milly….not so much!) Our animals are such a gift….And I know your’s are too!!! Keep enjoying them.

at first, that photo with belle running straight at the camera looked like she was holding a flower stem in her mouth….great shots!

Thanks! It's tough to catch her in action – she's too fast for me!
